Illinois, 1934: Faye is Ace's girl... Or was, until she left suddenly for the big city. Now, a year later, she
has returned to find Ace waiting and the same provincial attitudes that drove her away in the first place. She rebuffs the
advances of her former swain, Ace, and challenges the prevailing attitudes of the town by openly championing Joshua, a backwoods
healer with abilities the townsfolk fear. This defiance comes with consequences though as secrets better left alone are uncovered.

"Backward in High Heels" cleverly conveys the love/hate relationship between Ginger Rogers and her strong,
independent mother, Lela. This brand-new musical chronicles Ginger's rise up the ladder of show business, from vaudeville
dancer to one of Hollywood's biggest stars. Born to dance, Ginger defies her overly-protective mother with her boundless
energy and ambition to succeed at all costs. Her dancing partnership with Fred Astaire made her the darling of the movie musical
but she desired to be recognized as an actress and won an Oscar for her portrayal as "Kitty Foyle". Come 'dance'
down memory lane to "I Got Rhythm", "Fascinatin' Rhythm", "Let's Call The Whole Thing Off",
"Embraceable You", "We're in the Money" and "A Fine Romance". Showtimes Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8:00 PM Sunday matinee at 2:00 PM also Sunday, 2/21 at 7:00 PM
